Welcome to Gllora. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Gllora, mobile platforms, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”). By visiting, browsing, or purchasing from our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all policies referenced herein. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of the Platform.

1). About Gllora

We offer demi-fine, gold-plated, silver, pearl, and fine jewellery products through our Platform and other authorized channels.

2).Eligibility & User Responsibility

• You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law to use our services.
• If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a minor, you confirm that you are a parent or legal guardian.
• You agree to use our Platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws.
  

Any misuse of the Platform may result in suspension or permanent termination of access.

3). Use of the Platform

While using Gllora, you agree that you will not:

• Engage in fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful activities
• Attempt to disrupt or compromise Platform security
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful software
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights of Gllora or third parties
• Misrepresent your identity or provide false information

Violation of these conditions may lead to immediate restriction of services.

4). Product Information & Availability

• All products displayed on the Platform are subject to availability.
• We strive to present accurate descriptions, images, and pricing; however, minor variations may occur due to photography, screen settings, or craftsmanship.
• Gllora reserves the right to modify product specifications, discontinue items, or revise pricing at any time without prior notice.

5). Orders & Acceptance

• Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance.
• We may cancel or limit orders at our discretion, including but not limited to cases involving bulk purchases, suspected reselling, or pricing errors.
• If an order is cancelled after payment, the amount will be refunded as per our refund policy.
  

6). Pricing & Payments

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.
• Applicable taxes and charges are calculated at checkout.
• Payment methods and restrictions are governed by our Payment Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

7) Shipping, Returns & Warranty

• Delivery timelines, shipping charges, and eligibility are outlined in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
• Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Return & Exchange Policy.
• Product assurance, coverage, and service timelines are governed by our Warranty Policy and Buy-Back Policy, where applicable.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.

8). User Content & Feedback

Any reviews, feedback, images, or suggestions shared with Gllora may be used by us for marketing, promotional, or service-improvement purposes without obligation of compensation. You confirm that such content:

• Is original
• Does not violate third-party rights
• Is not defamatory, offensive, or misleading

9). Third-Party Services & Links

Our Platform may include links or integrations to third-party services. Gllora is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of such external platforms. Engagement with third-party services is at your own discretion.

10) Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.

11) Service Interruptions & Modifications

We may temporarily suspend or modify access to the Platform due to maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen technical issues. Gllora is not liable for any loss arising from such interruptions.

12) Disclaimer of Warranties

All services and products are provided on an “as available” basis unless expressly stated otherwise. Gllora does not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free performance of the Platform.

13) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gllora shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of the Platform or products purchased through it. Where liability cannot be excluded, it shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific product or service in question.

14) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Gllora harmless from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

15) Termination of Access

Gllora reserves the right to suspend or terminate user access without prior notice if these Terms are breached or if activities are deemed harmful to the Platform or its users.

16) Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Pune / Maharashtra.

17) Updates to Terms

Gllora may revise these Terms periodically. Updated Terms will be published on the Platform and become effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

18) Communication Consent

By using our services, you consent to receive transactional, service-related, and promotional communications via email, SMS, WhatsApp, RCS, or calls, in accordance with applicable laws. You may opt out of promotional messages at any time.
