At Gllora, we stand behind the quality of our jewellery and offer long-term assurance on our demi-fine collections.

1) Warranty Coverage – Demi-Fine Jewellery
This warranty applies exclusively to plating-related issues, including:

  • Tarnishing
  • Discoloration caused under normal usage conditions


2) Warranty Benefits
Time Since Delivery Warranty Benefit

  • 0–12 months - 50% of invoice value issued
  • 12 months & above - 30% of invoice value issue

Store Credit Validity: 6 months

(Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable)


3) Warranty Exclusions
 The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Breakage due to impact or mishandling
  • Missing stones or embellishments
  • Alterations or repairs done outside Gllora
  • Custom-made jewellery pieces


4) How to Submit a Warranty Claim
    Email Support

  1. Click clear photos showing the issue
  2. Email care@gllora.com with:
    o Subject: Warranty Claim – Order ID
    o Description of the issue
    o Photo evidence

Once approved, you’ll be guided on shipping the item to our quality team.

Final Notes

  • All claims are subject to inspection and approval
  • Gllora reserves the right to reject claims that do not meet warranty criteria
