1) Eligible Products
The following categories are covered under our return and exchange guidelines:
- Demi-fine jewellery
- Gold-plated & silver jewellery
2) Return Window
- Return requests must be raised within 72 hours of receiving your order.
- Requests submitted beyond this period will not be eligible for return.
Products purchased as part of bundle deals, Buy One Get One offers, or special promotions will be refunded. Items sold at marked-down prices (without coupon codes) are eligible for return unless stated otherwise on the product page.
3) Conditions for Returns
To ensure a smooth process, returned items must meet the following conditions:
- Jewellery must be unused, unworn, and undamaged
- Original packaging, tags, and certificates must be intact
A clear unboxing video is mandatory for claims related to missing or incorrect items (The video must show the sealed package being opened)
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined.
4) How to Raise a Return Request
- Visit the Return / Exchange section on our website
- Enter your Order ID and registered contact number
- Select the item(s) you wish to return
- Choose a return reason and upload minimum two images
- Confirm pickup details and preferred refund method
- Review and submit your request
Our team will review and approve the request before arranging pickup.
5) Refund Process
- Refunds are initiated after pickup and quality verification
- Processing time: 7–10 working days, as per banking regulations
6) Refund modes:
- Prepaid orders → original payment source
- Cash on Delivery (COD) → UPI or bank account shared by the customer
7) Items Not Eligible for Return
- Custom-made or personalized jewellery
- Clearance, final sale, or “Goodbye Sale” items (as mentioned on product pages)
8) Exchange Guidelines (Within 10 Days)
Exchanges can be requested within 10 days of delivery for the following reasons:
- Product received damaged
- Incorrect item delivered
- Size or variant issues
- Choose a return reason and upload minimum two images & unboxing video
Where possible, exchanges will be processed for the same item or closest available variant. If unavailable, a refund or store credit will be offered based on eligibility.
9) How to Raise an Exchange Request
- Go to the Return / Exchange section on our website
- Enter your Order ID and registered contact details
- Select the item(s) you want to exchange
- Upload required images and select the exchange reason
- Choose pickup address and preferred exchange option
- Review and submit your request
